Azalea Jackson, 96, longtime resident of Liberty, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021.  She was born September 1,1925, to the late Richard Martin and Rosa Nell Bates Martin. She spent most of her adult life raising her family and working in her home.

Mrs. Azalea is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Allen J. "Buddy" Jackson; one son Ronnie Lee Jackson; one grandson Brandon Odell Jackson; one brother Clifton Martin; and two sisters, Lucille Strickland and Alberta Johnson.

She is survived by three sons, Tommy Jackson and wife Jean, Billy Jackson and wife Linda, and Ricky Jackson and wife Shawn; nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be Friday, November 26, 2021, at Liberty Cemetery in Liberty, MS. with visiting from 1:30 P.M. until time of funeral services at 2:00 P.M., officiated by Bro. Merrill Blalock.

Pallbearers are Holden Jackson, Billy Jackson, Josh Jackson, Zach Floyd, Drew Noland, and Blake Noland.
