Barbara Allen Boney, passed away Tuesday October 1, 2024 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA.

She was 87, born May 7, 1937 to Louis Cass and Mary Moseta Mayeux Cass. She was a homemaker, married to Huey G. Boney and lived many years in Gloster, Mississippi.

She is survived by son Danny Ray Boney and Linda, three daughters Diane Conway, Betty Morales and Richard, and Marilyn Beavers; 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters Eleanor Windham, Charlene McClure, and Janice Davis.

She is preceded in death by her husband Huey G. Boney; parents Louis Cass Mayeux and Mary Moseta Mayeux; six brothers Elton Mayeux, Harvey Mayeux, Silton Cooper, Clifton Cooper, Alton Cooper, and Louis Mayeux.

Visitation is Saturday, October 5, 2024 at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS. from 1:30 P.M. until time of funeral services at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Michael Morris. Graveside services will follow in Roseland Cemetery.
