Brandy Magnitsky Floyd 39, passed away Tuesday September 14, 2021 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS.  Brandy was a registered nurse who was pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree while working as the clinical director of Collaborative Health and Rehab Services Incorporated. Nursing was her life.  She was very compassionate, but more than that, she was passionate about the calling God placed on her life to be in health care. Brandy loved her family, her Petal First Baptist Church family, and above all she loved the Lord.

Brandy is survived by her husband Kevin Floyd; children Adrienne Mercer (Nick), Dominick Bray and Luke Bray; step children Roslynn Floyd (Matthew), and Robert Floyd and John Floyd: her father Bradley Magnitsky: mother and step father Rene and Carl Hornbeak; maternal grandparents Alton and Carolyn McGuffee; sister Anna Sharp (Chris); father and mother-in-law Jimmy and Cynthia Day; one brother-in-law, 3 siters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Friedrich Magnitsky; paternal great grand-father Frederick Gustave Magnitsky, and a step daughter; Samantha Jolene Floyd.

Visitation will be Saturday September 18, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS. from 11:00 am until time of funeral Services at 2:00 pm. Saturday at the funeral home. Rev. Brad Eubank will officiate and internment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery in Crosby, MS.
