Carole Case Lockwood, longtime resident of Gloster, Mississippi, passed away Thursday August 27, 2026.

Mrs. Carole was 90, born October 15, 1935 in Crosby, Mississippi, to Albert Case and Nell McCaskell Case.  She married Jack Lockwood and moved to Gloster. She worked as an administrator at Field Memorial Hospital in Centreville, MS. for many years.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jack Lockwood, and her sister Gloria Case Seale.

She is survived by son Steve Lockwood and his wife Melody; two grandchildren Landon Lockwood and his wife Kaitlyn, and Gage Lockwood; three great grandchildren Garren Baggett, Jack Lockwood, and Adley Kait Lockwood; two sisters Nelda Case Strong and Cathy Case Campbell.

Visitation is Sunday, August 30, 2026 at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS. from 12:00 P.M. until time of funeral services at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow in Roseland Cemetery in Gloster, MS.
