David Mark Havard was a lifelong resident of Gloster, Mississippi and he passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Southwest Regional Medical Center in McComb, MS.

Mark was born October 6, 1964, to Robert L. Havard and Marilyn Flaccomio Havard. He served his country for four years in the U.S. Air Force where he met his bride, Christine Kelly. He was a member of Gloster United Methodist Church and will always be remembered for being the manager at H and H Lumber Company in Gloster.

Mark is survived by his wife Christine R. Havard, children Courtney R. Ferguson and spouse John Ferguson and their children Eden, Henry, and Stevie Ferguson; and Emily K. Nichols and spouse Chris Nichols, and their children Paisley and John Arlis Baxter, and Dean and Kylie Nichols; his parents Robert L. Havard and Marilyn F. Havard; two sisters, Marsha Taylor and spouse Robert, and Crystal Wheeler and husband Kyle.

Visitation is Sunday October 13, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster from 12:00 Noon until time of funeral services at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home. The services will be officiated by Rev. Danny Cook. Graveside service will follow in Roseland Cemetery.
