Dora Day Fulton, age 75, a resident of Carthage, Mississippi, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025.

Dora Day Fulton was born on April 9, 1949.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Murray Day; her father, Thomas D. Day; and her husband, William Earl Fulton.

Ms. Fulton is survived by her daughters, Miranda Mitchell and Melissa Hill; son-in-law, Slade Hill; grandchildren, Emmy (11) and Liam (3); sisters, Yvonne Campbell Toler and Patti Day Swaggart as well numerous other relatives.

Dora was a devoted mother and grandmother.  She was born and raised in Crosby, Mississippi.  She was a foster mother to several children and was a substitute teacher.  She most recently lived in Carthage, Mississippi to be close to her oldest daughter, Miranda.

Friends are invited to join Dora's family for visitation and services on Saturday, February 8th. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Crosby Baptist Church at 115 Church St. Crosby, MS.  The service will start at 2:00pm at Crosby Baptist Church with graveside gathering following the service at the Day family cemetery on Hwy 563.

Pallbearers are Josh Swaggart, Jordan Swaggart, Hunter Shaffett, Dave Allred, Cory Smith, and Michael Hollowell.
