Frank Morris Higgins, 77, native of Liberty, Mississippi, passed away Friday March 29, 2024.

He was born August 23, 1946, the son of Willie James Higgins Sr. and Nora Mae Smith Higgins.  He served in the U.S. Air Force, worked as a millwright at the Georgia Pacific Plant in Gloster, and was a faithful member of the Gloster Assembly of God Church for forty-seven years.

Mr. Frank is survived by his wife Dorothy Bonnette Higgins; his daughter Kimberly Moore and her husband Buck; three stepsons, B.C. Hall, Ron Hall and his wife Emily, and Dana Bonnette; two stepdaughters Jackie Butler and Janet Bonnette; two brothers Murray Higgins and Jerry Higgins; five grandchildren Zech Hall, Buck Moore Jr., Emily Kendall, Susie Ferrell, and Austin Moore; and eight great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers Phillip Higgins, James Higgins Jr, Glen Higgins, and Ben Higgins; and one sister Norma Jean Lester.

Visitation is Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Brown Funeral Home in Liberty, MS. from 9:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow in Higgins Cemetery.
