Jesse Wakley Holland, 77, passed away November 4, 2023.

Jesse was born October 21, 1946, the son of Bud and Georgie Holland.

Jesse was a Vietnam Veteran who served his country as a paratrooper in the 184th and 504th Army Airborne Ordnance Battalion. He was a carpenter by trade and an avid Deer hunter.

Jesse was proceeded in death by his wife Marita; Father & Mother Bud & Georgie Holland; Brother Danny K.; grandson Brian "Big Ben" Hazel.

He is survived by his sister Mandy McKinny; brothers Jimmy, Gene "Toot", Melvin, Talton "Lil Boy", and Brent; four children Scottie Holland, Deena Higginbotham, Gina Church, and Christopher Netterville; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Visitation is Friday November 10, 2023, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Liberty, Mississippi, from 10:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 12:00 Noon at the church. Graveside services will follow in Blalock Cemetery in Liberty with Military Honors.
