Lee A. Chisholm age 80 of Brookhaven, Ms passed away at his home on March 11, 2019. He was born August 26, 1938 to Robert Chisholm and Katie Jenkins Beasley. Lee was a Mechanic and a long time paper carrier for the Enterprise Journal and The Daily Leader. Lee enjoyed watching his Western shows. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Katie Chisholm; Brother; Henry Blades; Mother-in-law Vergie Richardson; and Brother-in-law Bill Hughes. Lee is survived by his wife Shirley Hughes Chisholm; 2 sons, Shelby L. Chisholm of Holly Springs, Ms. and Bobby Howell and wife Shirley of Bentley, La.; 3 Daughters, Sheila C. Wicker of Smithdale, Ms., Susan Call and husband Kenneth of Liberty, Ms., and Denecia Gutheridge and husband Willy of Roland, Ark.: 7 Grandchildren; Larry J. Ganoe Jr. of Smithdale, Nicholas "Drew" Call and Amethyst Faulkner of McComb, Kevin Caleb Call of Liberty, Shelby Logan Chisholm of NM, Colt Chisholm of Tx. Geveva L. Ganoe and Russell McCauley of Smithdale, Dannalee Chisholm of Tx.: and 3 Great Grandchildren, Percephanie McCauley of Smithdale, Takaeda McCauley of Smithdale and Niklaus Dracour Nolan; and one sister Gracie Morgan of Liberty.
Funeral Arrangements are Visitation Thursday March 14, 2019 from 5pm until 8 pm at Brown Funeral Home in Liberty, Ms. Visiting will continue Friday March 15 from 2 pm until time of Funeral Services at 3 pm at Brown Funeral Home in Liberty, Ms. Interment will follow at Liberty Cemetery. Bro Robbie Britt will officiate.
Pallbearers are Troy Wicker, Clarence Lilly, Kenneth Call, Nicholas "Drew" Call, Kevin Caleb Call, Colby Higgins, Mike Williams and Joseph Kirkland.
The Family would like to send a Special thank you to Lee's Nurses and staff at Deaconness Hospice of Brookhaven. Also a Very special Thank you to Jeanette Lofton and Misty Smith for being a very good friend that stood by the family.
