Martha Allen Priest was a caring wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.  She passed away on April 29, 2022, in West Point, MS, at the age of 79 after a battle with Parkinson's disease.  She was a resident of Dugan Memorial Home for several years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Priest of Gloster, MS, and her parents Ernon C. Sr. and Nell Jones of Macon, MS.

Martha was a graduate of Macon High School and Draughon's Business College and had a successful career in the insurance industry, retiring from Farm Bureau in Liberty, MS.  She loved her church and watching Phil Mickelson play golf.

She is survived by her son, Shelton Priest of Lubbock, TX, her brother, E.C. Jones and his wife, Becky of West Point, MS, her grandchild, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS, on Friday, May 6, 2022. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00pm, followed by the service at 2:00pm.   In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her name to Dugan Memorial Home 26894 E. Main Street, West Point, MS 39773.
