Mellie Beatrice Forman, 89, longtime resident of Gloster, Mississippi, passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2022.

She was born February 6, 1933, in Rayville, Louisiana, to Oree Webb and Mamie Boykin Webb.  She was a mother and housewife, was employed twenty years at Carters Garment Company in Centreville, MS., and then served the Lord the rest of her life. She was a member of Union Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents Oree Webb and Mamie Boykin Webb; her husband Walter Cross Forman; son Mark Q. Forman; two brothers, Dub Webb and Bill Webb; and two sisters, Jewel Davis and Bobbie Jean Robertson.

Beatrice is survived by three sons, Walter D. Forman, Jerry D. Forman, and Kirk E. Forman; twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; one brother James Webb and one sister Elaine Eskew.

Visitation is Friday, December 2, 2022, at Union Church, 5442 Mullins Road near Gloster, MS., from 12:00 noon until time of funeral services at 1:00 P.M. at the church, officiated by Rev. Reggie Forman. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery.
