Paula Cecile Cutrer, 74, of Woodville, Mississippi, passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 at her residence in Woodville.  She was born December 18, 1945, the daughter of William Jessie Miller and Gladys Shelton Miller.  She was an Administrator with the USDA, State of MS. and a member of Woodville United Methodist Church. She is survived by four sons, Phillip Cutrer and wife Ginny, Brian Cutrer and wife Anne, Blake Cutrer and wife Jacque, and Lance Cutrer and wife Brittany; ten grandchildren, Christopher Houghton and wife Amy, Jordan Graffia and husband Zack, Phillip Cutrer II, Kristina Seyfarth,  Mallory, Emma, Piper, Cooper, Maggie, and Charlie Cutrer; and three great grandchildren Weston, Wyatt, and Benjamin Houghton;  Brothers and sisters, Dannie Chaffin, Cherry Britt and husband Denny, and James Miller and wife Marsha. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Jessie Miller and Gladys Shelton Miller, and her husband James Madison Cutrer Jr.  Graveside services are Sunday, July 19, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. at Evergreen Cemetery in Woodville, MS., officiated by Bro. David Upshaw and Bro. Bryce Dobson.  Pallbearers are Frank Kessler, Scott Olive, Eric Skinner, David Littleton, Jim Chaffin, and Jonathan McGraw.  Honorary Pallbearers are Dr. David McGraw, Shep Crawford, David Wilkerson, Phillip Cutrer II, Christopher Houghton, Cooper Cutrer, Zach Graffia, and Austin Addington.
