Philice Phillips, 92, of Gloster, Mississippi, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021. She was born March 25, 1929, the daughter of Issac Ellington and Trudie Massey. She worked most of her life as a bookkeeper. She was longtime member of Gloster Church of the Nazarene.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Arthur Phillips Sr.; one brother Barney R. Smith; and one sister Artie Belle Arnold.

She is survived by three sons Arthur Phillips and Cheryl, Thomas Phillips and Nicole, and Paul Foreman Jr. and wife Teddi; six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday October 6, 2021 at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS. from 9:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Marshall Trisler.  Interment will follow in Roseland Cemetery in Gloster.

Pallbearers are William Phillips, Dustin Phillips, Jacob Arnold, Russ Arnold, Grant McCurley, and Justin Williams.
