Stanford Albert Brown, of Gloster, Ms. passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at the Hammond Nursing Home in Hamond, La.

Stanford was born September 10, 1957 in Heidelburg, Germany, the son of Joseph Thomas Brown and Erika Axmann Brown. His family moved to the United States and he worked here most of his life with construction companies as a painter.

He is survived by his daughter Morgan Brown-Grubbs; two sisters Irene Beard (David) and Delores Browning (Mike); four grandchildren Grant, Owen, Collier, and Sadie; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Sunday May 18, 2025 at Brown Funeral Home in Gloster, MS. from 1:00 P.M. until time of services at 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Graveside will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery in Centreville, MS.
