Wanda Daniel David, 76, entered the presence of our Lord on February 16, 2024. She was born September 20,1947 and was the daughter of Garland Thomas Daniel and Doris Merlene Haygood.

She was a native of Zachary, Louisiana.

Wanda was a fun-loving soul who loved to laugh. Her strength and determination were inspiring to all who came in contact with her. She was known for her tenacity and favored the expressions "never quit" and "if there is a will, there is a way."

While we are mourning her loss here on this earth, we rejoice and find peace in knowing that she has been reunited with beloved family and friends, and is free from the limitations of her earthly body.

She is survived by her children, Dianne Danel Vohsberg and Joseph Daniel Vohsberg Jr;  three grandchildren, Dameion Robert Vohsberg, Dezi Grace Vohsberg, and Kyan Breard; two siblings, Beverly Jean Broyles and Barry Wade Daniel; and numerous extended family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Garland and Doris Daniel; husband, Ronald James David; brothers, Thomas Wayne Daniel and Ronald Keith Daniel; grandson, Alec Blaise Vohsberg; and nephew, Cody Michael Broyles.

Visitation is Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at Bethel Baptist Church from 12:00 noon until time of funeral service at 2:00 PM. Service will be officiated by Pastor Gaylin Fuller. Graveside service to follow in Bethel cemetery.
