William Russell Penton of Centreville, MS., passed away Friday, June 21, 2019 at his residence near Centreville. He was born September 21, 1935, the son of William Earl Penton and Vinnie Saucier. He worked at Exxon Chemical Co. in Baton Rouge , La. for 28 years.   He is survived by seven children, Sybil Stansell of Centreville, MS., Vickie Graham and husband David of Albany, LA., William Russell Penton Jr. and wife Melanie of Magna, Utah, Terry Ferguson and husband Hal of Centreville, MS. , Victor Penton and wife Glanice of Ponchatoula, LA., Brenda Lyons and husband Troy of Centreville, MS., and Scharlotte Garcia and husband Jeremy of Metairie,La.  Twenty three grandchildren, Theresa Stansell, Leesa Richard . Ben, Jasson, Stansell, Melissah Shows and Braddley Stansell; Chad Graham, Adam Graham, Cilia Clements, Christopher Graham and Matthew Graham.  William Russell Penton III., Kirsi and Hannah Ferguson, Victoria Domiano and Jessica Penton, Craig, Brittney, Quinton and Gabriel Lyons, Madison, Abigail and Katie Garcia. Visitation is Sunday, June 23, 2019 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Liberty, MS. from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.,   and Monday 9:00 A.M. until time of funeral services at 11:00 A.M. at the church.   Interment will follow in Penton Family Cemetery.
